Video Troubleshooting

If you experience problems viewing a video from our site, you may try one of the following:

1. If the video stops after a short period of time, it needs more time to buffer (download to your computer). Just click on the pause button, wait 30 seconds, then click on the play button. You should be able to view the video uninterrupted.
2. Close your internet browser and reopen.
3. Flash is required to run the videos – you can download the free Flash Player here.
