Quiltin' Corn

8 cups popped popcorn
5 cups Kix cereal

3 cups crushed Fritos
1 lb. white chocolate

Mix the first three ingredients together. Melt chocolate and pour over the popcorn mixture. Spread on waxed paper to dry, then crumble and store in airtight containers.

Quilting Corn

Tried it and everyone loved it. I used Wilton's candy making wafers and worked wonderfully. Did one batch with white chocolate and one batch with milk chocolate...both were delicious.

Good quality chocolate should melt well on its own, but you can try adding just a tiny bit of cooking oil to the double boiler to get things started. I’d try not more than a teaspoon or so. Glad you enjoyed it! - Kathy

Quiltin' corn

Made this as a Christmas snack! Had trouble melting the white chocolate. Should I add something to it before putting it in the double boiler? I also added mini M&M's after it had cooled!
