Piecing the Block
Step 1. Using Diagrams 1-A to 1-D as a piecing guide, make 4 quadrants.
Step 2. Paying close attention to the placement of each quadrant, layout block (see Assembly Diagram) and sew quadrants together to make Spinning L Block.
