Solid green (leaves, stems, inner border) ... 1/2 yard
Dark Pink Print (bottom of tulip) ... 1/4 yard
Medium pink print ... (top of tulip) ... 1/4 yard
Green print ... (corner squares, outer border, binding) ... 1 3/8 yards
Backing (50" pieced square) ... 2 3/4 yards
Batting (50" square) ... Twin size

Quilt Top Assembly Instructions
Step 1. Refer to Primitive Tulip Block assembly instructions to make 5 appliqué blocks total.
Step 2. Referring to Assembly Diagram, alternate Primitive Tulip Blocks and background 12 1/2" squares, stitch 3 rows. Sew rows together.
Step 3. Sew solid green 1 1/2" x WOF inner border strips to sides; trim even with top and bottom. Sew remaining solid green strips to top and bottom; trim even with sides.
Step 4. Sew green print 4 1/2" x LOF outer border strips to sides; trim even with top and bottom. Sew remaining green print strips to top and bottom; trim even with sides.

Step 5. Mark quilting design.
Step 6. Layer and baste quilt top for quilting method of your choice. Bind wall hanging with remaining green print strips.
