... Cut 4 rectangles 3 1/2" x 6 1/2"

... Cut 4 squares 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"

... cut 12 Template A

Assembly Instructions
Step 1. Using Diagram 1 as a guide, sew floral print 2 1/2" squares to green 2 1/2" squares to make nine-patch unit.

Step 2. Using Assembly Diagram as a layout guide, sew 3 1/2" floral print squares to cream 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" rectangles to make top and bottom row of block. For center row, sew cream 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" rectangles to nine-patch unit's sides. Sew rows together to make block.

Step 3. Using appliqué method of choice, appliqué 12 pink "wings", Template A, to complete Honey Bee Block. Refer to block image below for placement guide.
