Appliquéing the Block
Step 1. Finger-press cream 11" square in half in both directions; use folds as placement guide.

Step 2. Referring to Diagram I, position template fabrics A-E (in alphabetical order) on cream square. Using appliqué method of choice, appliqué in place to complete Flower of Spring Block. Trim cream square to 9 1/2" x 9 1/2" (unfinished).
