Purple floral (setting triangles, squares) 1 7/8 yds.
Pink floral (piecing) 1 1/3yds.
Pink/lavender dot (piecing) 1 1/4 yds.
#1 lime/blue floral and 7/8 yds. lime print (piecing) each

... 11 squares 9"x 9", cut in half twice diagonally to make 44 quarter-square triangles

Quilt Top Assembly
Note: Refer to Assembly Diagram for following step. Setting triangles on all edges and corners are cut oversized to allow for trimming and extra-wide binding.
Step 1. Arrange and sew 23 diagonal rows using 9" quarter-square setting triangles and 5" squares. Sew rows together and stitch 6" half-square triangles to corners.

Quilting and Finishing
Step 2. Layer, baste, and quilt. Cheryl machine quilted an allover large floral meander.
Step 3. Referring to Diagram I, use acrylic ruler and rotary cutter to trim quilt top, batting, and backing edges 1 1/4" beyond outer corners of squares.

Step 4. Fold binding strip in half lengthwise and press. Referring to Diagram II, pin binding in place with raw edges 1/4" beyond square corners, and sew with 1/4" seam allowance. Turn binding to back, miter the corners, and stitch in place.
