Cutting Instructions
(cut in order listed)
= cut in half diagonally

Cream solid
   2 squares 2 7/8˝ x 2 7/8˝
   4 rectangles 2½˝ x 4½˝
Assorted prints—cut a total of:
   4 squares 2 7/8˝ x 2 7/8˝
   4 squares 2½˝ x 2½˝

Sew

1. Referring to Diagram I, sew together 1 cream and 1 assorted print 2 7/8˝ half-square triangles to make pieced square. Make 4 total using a different print in each. You will have 4 assorted triangles left over.



2. Sew 4 pieced squares together, watching orientation, to make pinwheel (Diagram II).



3. Referring to Diagram III, sew 3 rows using 4 assorted 2½˝ squares, 4 cream rectangles, and pinwheel. Sew rows together to make Framed Pinwheel Block.
