this is lovely! i would like to change the colors to earth/fall colors, i wonder how that would work, it's for my sister, and she loves earth tones.

I love the colors that are used and think this would look great even in a baby quilt with more blue added. It truly does remind me of a bag of candy.

I see this was shown in the Jan/Feb 2005 issue as a lap quilt. I would rather do that size. Does anyone know how I could get that pattern?

These fabric colors have always been around (most of them are in my fabric stash!). After five yrs I recently finished a quilt using most of these colors for my granddaughter! And I plan on using them again in quilts I'm making for a local hospital.

Unfortunately, the exact fabric used in the quilt is no longer being manufactured. However, there are a number of new fabrics that are similar. You might print the picture and take it to your local quilt shop. They should be able to help you locate something similar. Happy Quilting! - Kathy
