Backing Question
I am making this quilt and the top is coming out very nice. However, I am not sure about the directions for the backing which only state "piece widthwise". I am unsure what this means. The quilt directions do not contain any information about creating pieces for the backing using the template. Anybody who has made this quilt before who can shed some light on the directions for the backing?
I just found this pattern in the most current issue of "Quilter How To Workshop" and I absolutely love it! I'm doing it in camoflauge & camo related colors for my son. I love how it's turning out! It's pretty simply and lots of fun! I'll definately be making more using this same pattern!
Fun Quilt
I made this quilt for my mother-in-law for her 2008 Christmas present. I just began this quilting journey in summer of 08. So, beginners, do not be afraid of it! Adelina, Congratulations!
I love this quilt!!!
I made one and it won first place at the LA County Fair. I will definite make it again.
