Rainbow shades of 1920s and 30s solids dominate this cheerful quilt, with feedsack scraps and some older solids, like the bright yellow cheddar, thrown in for good measure. Try this pattern as a weekend retreat project—it would be fun to see all the stars made in a variety of fabrics.

Hello catpad, This appealing vintage quilt does include use of some advanced techniques, and following the step-by-step directions with precision cutting and seams will lead to successful blocks. Time constraints don't allow us to make videos for every quilt, but for tips on an accurate 1/4" seam allowance, you will find a helpful video on our Videos > MQU Basic Quilting Class Videos page, or on our Lessons page.

Vintage View lessons
Wish you would put a detailed video of instructions how to make this quilt. I have not gotten very far. It is really hard, and the written instructions leave a lot unsaid.
