Hello, I'm sorry to hear of your frustration finding the quantity of template pieces needed. We do strive to make our pattern instructions clear for our readers, and appreciate your feedback. The Cutting Instructions for this pattern begin with a note that cutting instructions for individual diamonds are on template in the Pattern Pull-Out Section. If you have noticed a newsstand copy of this issue was missing its Pattern Pull-Out Section, would you kindly email that newsstand location information to mcq@creativecraftsgroup.com so that we may look into? Thank you!
pattern directions
I like this quilt but it sure would be nice if all the cutting directions were in one spot instead of having one vital piece of information printed on the template (that may or may not have been in the magazine depending on where you ae getting the magazine from. Luckily for me, I have a subscription) I read through the directions five times before finding out that the number of pieces I needed to cut for three of the fabrics was listed on the template pattern in the back of the magazine instead of in the main pattern directions.
