3 1/2" and 4" measurements
The 3 1/2" measurement is to guide you with placement of the blocks. This is best shown in Photo C. The 4" measurements is to help you trim the center before adding borders. This is indicted on Diagram II. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact me at mcq@creativecraftsgroup.com.

Love the quilt but a little confuse on the background fabric why do you have two different measurement 3-1/2 and 4 inches which one do i use
