To substitute one wide white inner border for the pink print and brown texture inner and middle borders as Beth did, cut 2 strips 4 1/2" x 80" for side borders, and 2 strips 4 3/4" x 64 1/2" for top and bottom borders. She also added one half-square triangle block to each outer side border. Original binding cutting instructions should still be sufficient. Beth's version is pictured in part 6 of 6, for anyone else who might like to refer to it. Hope that helps!
Beth's America the Beautiful version
I like how Beth Hayes changed the borders on the America the Beautiful quilt and made her 'Sea to Shining Sea' version. What are the dimensions of the borders that she used?
