Scrap Quilt in Diamonds
I like the diamond idea with scraps sewn on but I think if I were to do it, I'd make the diamonds larger so it would go a little faster and not have so many small pieces to keep track of as you're sewing.
I love this purely "Old Time" quilt. Now I know what to do with all my trimmings - but it seems to me diamonds are too much trouble - maybe I'll try changing the units into squares or rectangles to simplify the cutting and piecing. Thanks for the inspiration!
