My miniature house quilt is coming along well, mostly because these little blocks are so addicting I don’t want to do anything but work on them! I finished the last of my foundations yesterday. Now I just have to trim edges, sew together into houses, and put the little quilt top together. Oh yeah, and remove all those foundation papers! I actually don’t mind that, since it can be done in front of the TV and I used EQ newsprint paper to print them on. It’s sturdy enough for foundations, prints with a clear image, but is softer than typing paper, so you can perforate it easily and get the papers off the backs of your blocks in no time. I highly recommend it! Stay tuned for a pic of my finished quilt top…

Sounds adorable! Where is the pattern for these tiny houses?
Sylvia, we’ll be posting a free pattern for the tiny version of this quilt when we have our May/June issue ready for the printer. Sometime around the beginning of March. Stay tuned!
