We challenged them to take their original entry quilt and make a new quilt inspired by that project. The results are amazing! Be sure and vote daily; voting is open through February 2, 2011.
I am honored to have been selected to be in the finals of this contest. It has been an amazing journey. I love my “I’ve Been Framed!” quilt. As a collector of snowmen this quilt just makes me smile. Thanks McCall’s for such a wonderful experience and to everyone who has taken the time to vote and leave comments. I have met so many wonderful quilters from around the world through the various challenges.
i have looked at all the quilts from entry to final challenge of the final 8 and in my opinion Brenda Sutherland has the best quilts.
Thanks to McCalls’s for such a wonderful contest. I really enjoyed being a contestant and was disappointed that I didn’t advance, but that’s life. The final eight are awesome. It’s really amazing to see what they’ve created from their original design. Good luck to them all.
