While looking for a tree skirt this year I came across this crib size quilt I made with Kim Judson a few years back. It’s inspired by an old Amish design, one of many I so admire. The colors go really well with the tree ornaments this year, (all of which are unbreakable thanks to our cat Mimi’s habit of knocking them off to the floor.) Quilted by Kathy Ihle.
I think that this amish quilt makes an interesting tree skirt, and the colors are very christmasy and works very well.
