KITTY FABRICS

Looking for fabric that are fun and kitty purrfect for this quilts makes you look at patterns with a different creative 'eye'. May I suggest that you look for dark on dark stripes and dark on dark dots-like fabrics. Next look for light and bright stripes and dots. The color hue is not as important as the contrasts between cat blocks. Some of the fabrics used in this quilt are a few years old, therefore trying to match fabrics will give you the cat-crazies. Your personal fabric selection will create the character of each cat and that is part of the fun. After all, no two cat's are the same.. Meow.....

Fabrics

Unfortunately for many of us, Dawn used a number of fabrics from her stash to make this quilt. She used some Kaffe Fassette and Westminster Fabrics among others. You could try www.gloriouscolor.com and see if you might find them there.
